As we kick off Canadian Patient Safety Week, we’re excited to announce the launch of our Patient Advisory Committee. This new initiative underscores our commitment to prioritizing patient safety in all aspects of chiropractic care.

Our motivation:

We aim to elevate the role of chiropractors in delivering safe and competent care. With a duty to diagnose and a commitment to care, we recognize the importance of fostering a culture of patient safety – something the World Federation of Chiropractors also emphasizes through its Global Patient Safety Taskforce.

By establishing this committee, we are not only elevating the role of chiropractors in the healthcare system, but also ensuring that patients’ perspectives inform everything we do. We are seeking five patients who are passionate about improving healthcare outcomes and contributing to this global effort.
