Step up and help Alberta's chiropractors keep the community warm!
You are invited to participate in our fourth annual Toasty Toes sock drive, which runs from September 1 to October 1.
Despite our cold Alberta winters and consistent requests by charitable organizations, socks remain one of the least donated items. Last year, 26 chiropractic clinics came together to help change that, resulting in over 11,000 pairs of socks donated during last year’s Toasty Toes.
As with previous years, the ACAC and Albertan chiropractors are proud to partner with the United Way and Wood’s Homes to collect and distribute donated socks for vulnerable Albertans.
- Donate: Bring in new socks to your closest participating clinic or chiropractor. You can find a list of participants at the bottom of this page.
- Get social: Tweet about Toasty Toes with the hashtag #ToastyToes, share photos of your donations on Facebook and share posts about the initiative from the ACAC Twitter and Facebook accounts.
- Get your community involved: Challenge friends and family to donate! Print up a poster and ask your favourite coffee shop or community centre to put it on their community board.
